Studing the Effect of Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) on Client Satisfaction of Judiciary System (Case Study: Judicial System of Kermanshah Province)

This Study Examines the Impact of Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) on Client Satisfaction of the Judiciary System. The Research is Applied Based on Objective and Based on the Type of Data is a Correlation Analysis. To Test the Hypothesis of the Research, the Data Were Collected Using a Likert Scale Questionnaire and be Analyzed Using SPSS and AMOS Packages. Statistical Population of this Study is the Clients of Judiciary System of Kermanshah Province and a Sample of Size 250 Were Randomly Selected. Assumptions are Tested Using Nonparametric Spearman's Correlation at 5% Level and Using Structural Equations, an Exploratory Model is Fitted. The Results Show That Organizational Citizenship Behavior in Terms of Defined Aspects has a Positive Effect on Enhancing Satisfaction of Clients of Judiciary System of Kermanshah Province. Also Clients Expect The Impact of Organizational Citizenship Behavior on Client Satisfaction Plays a Mediating Role.
